Job Purpose:
As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical and hydraulic systems that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Combining technical expertise with best practices in management, you will play a critical role in driving company value and team development.
Duties for the Systems Engineering Manager:
- Build and develop a high-performing team to support sales growth.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

We are looking for an Electrical Systems Engineering Manager with the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field with a focus on hydraulic and electrical systems.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of UL508A, NFPA 79, and systems engineering principles.
- Proven ability to program PLCs, HMIs, controllers, and VFDs.
- Proficient in engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and advanced software.
- Demonstrated success in project and team management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with budgets, compliance, and resource allocation.
